- Wind power generation
Wind power control system comprises a main controller cabinet, nacelle control station cabinet, variable pitch system, inverter system, the touch screen, Ethernet switch station, field bus communication network, UPS power supply, emergency shutdown backup system and Etc. We provide the related products and services as followed:
- 1.1 the hydraulic system: Hydraulic unit is used for the yaw brake system and mechanical brake drive. The unit needs to keep working well under the rated pressure range.
- 1.2 Meteorological system: It is an intelligent meteorological measuring instruments, communicating with the controller by the RS485-port to collect the meteorological data from outside to the control system. According to the environmental temperature, it can control the heater of the meteorological system to prevent icing.
- 1.3 the electric pitch system:Variable pitch system consists of each vane motor, driver and the main control PLC etc. The PLC is the pitch adjusting control unit of the wind power control system, which connects with the main control system through the CAN- bus.
- 1.4 Gear box system: It is used to speed up the wind wheel to the range of normal operation speed of DFIG(Double-Fed Induction Generator) and has to monitor and control the gear oil pump, gear oil cooler and heater, lubricating oil pump, etc.
- 1.5 Yaw control system: According to the current angle of the nacelle, the measured low-frequency of average wind signal value and the current running status and load signal of the unit, it adjusts CW (clockwise) and CCW (counterclockwise) motor, automatically controlling wind and cable untwisting.
- 1.6 converter communication: the main controller communicates with converter through CAN OPEN bus and then the converter can achieve the grid / off-grid network control, adjusting generator speed, active power control, reactive power control.
Photovoltaic power(PV)
PV system consists of solar panels (components), controller, battery and inverter. We provide the technological transformation, maintenance services and the spare parts for the production line to the plants for manufacturing solar panels, controller and inverter.
2.1 Solar panels(components):The solar panels are the core component of the solar power system, which are also the highest value of it. The role is to convert the sun's radiation to electrical energy and then store the electrical energy in batteries or push the machine to work. The quality and cost of solar panels will directly determine the quality and cost of the whole system.
2.2 Solar controller: it controls the working state of the whole PV system and also protects the batteries from overcharge and over discharge. When the temperature difference is large the controller should have qualified temperature compensation function. The other additional functions such as light control switch, time switch should be optional.
2.3 inverter: The inverter can convert DC power from solar systems into AC power. The inverter is necessary at AC load, because the solar battery and storage battery are both DC power supply. The inverter according to the operation mode can be divided into independent operation and grid-connected. The independent inverter is used for the solar power generation systems which operate independently and supply for independent load, and grid-connected inverter for grid-connected solar power system.
