Mine metallurgy

From raw material to end product the mine metallurgy needs to go through a lot of processes. We provide some related services and products, the details are as follows:

1 converter steelmaking: The oxygen is bubbled in molten pig iron and make the impurities such as silicon, manganese oxidation for decarbonization, dephosphorization, desulfurization, deoxidation, removal of harmful gases and nonmetallic inclusions and increasing the temperature and adjusting the composition.

2 Casting: The molten steel cast into different types and specifications of the steel billets. The process is: the molten steel after refining casts continuous into billets. The main equipment includes a rotary table, tundish, mold, straightening machines.

3 Rolling: the casting billet rolled into the specifications of steel which the customers need. The main equipment includes a rolling, pickling, heat treatment and spraying equipment.

4 Flue gas and dust treatment process: Effectively re-use the flue gas and dust during metallurgical and discharge the exhaust gas after the dusting harm reduction. The main equipment includes flue gas treatment equipment and dust collector.
